1. Rental Application

Complete our rental application if you are interested in renting a property from us. We have rental properties in Seneca, Sandusky, Hancock, Erie, and Wood county.

2. Pay Application fee

To complete the application process, we ask you pay a $25 nonrefundable processing fee. Payments can be made via PayPal, a link will be provided after the application is submitted. 

3. Co-signer Agreement form

This form is not required for all renters. CXP will contact you if you need to submit a completed Co-Signer Agreement Form.  Completed forms can be submitted via PDF to CXPProperties@gmail.com with “Co-Signer Agreement” as the subject.” Attach a copy of your driver’s license. (Completed forms and a copy of driver’s license can also be submitted to CXP Properties LLC – 273 S. Washington St., Tiffin OH 44883)

 

4. Lease Modification For Tenant Removal Form

This form is not required for all renters, only if you are a current renter and would like to remove someone from your current lease. You will need to complete a new lease application and agree to a new background check. The form must be notarized.

Frequently Asked questions

Security deposit = one month’s rent + co-signer in Ohio (who must own real estate in Ohio).

The purpose of our security policy is to insure that you receive the highest quality rental home at the lowest possible price.

Due to insurance regulations, the following dog breeds are NOT permitted: 

  • All pit bull breeds (including, but not limited to American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier and Staffordshire Terrier)
  • Dobermans
  • Rottweilers
  • Chow-Chows
  • Presa-Canarios
  • Any Wolf Hybrid
  • Any mixed dog breeds including the breeds named above

Also not permitted are:

  • Dogs trained to attack people, property or other animals, and/or dogs trained to guard persons or property.
  • Any dog, used in any manner as a fighting dog or bred specifically for fighting
  • Any dog with a prior history of causing bodily injury to a person and/or attacking or biting another animal

Management reserves the right to refuse any dog for any reason, and to require a vet certification of breed before or after meeting the pet. 

All pet waste must be cleaned up daily in compliance with public health ordinances. Failure to clean up any pet waste will result in termination of your lease.
